My name is Tara Harper and I am a fully qualified whole-of-market mortgage and protection adviser.  I have an office located in Ringwood but see clients throughout Hampshire and Dorset.  

A native of Florida, I have worked in financial services in the US, Germany and the UK. During that time I have frequently been recognised for my outstanding levels of customer service, which I am extremely passionate about. My 20+ years of experience helping others with their financial decisions has taught me that each person and family is unique and deserves to be treated accordingly.

I can advise on all types of residential mortgages such as home movers, first-time buyers, remortgages and help-to-buy. I also advise and arrange buy-to-let mortgages and have helped many landlords establish, develop and maximise their portfolios.  I also advise on various types of protection. This includes not only life and critical illness cover for individuals, but also various forms of business protection such as relevant life plans, key person insurance and shareholders protection.

My name is Juli Harman and I’ve been part of the Your Mortgage Connection team for the last couple of years. My role is to support and assist Tara, taking care of the admin, the publicity and the website so that Tara can focus on your mortgage applications! I also regularly progress chase the various applications; liaising with solicitors and estate agents and clients so that the process is as smooth and stress free as possible.

Before I started with Your Mortgage Connection I worked in the Charity sector for many years and before that I was a Production Manager for a local publishing company. I have an eclectic mixture of skills!
